The Playground Process
Pause
During your time together you will discuss a particular topic or situation that will provoke different feelings and emotions from the participants. Pay attention to your behavior patterns and responses.
Ponder
Spend time giving examples from your experiences and perspective regarding the given topic. Allow enough time for everyone to share their thoughts. Brainstorm and discuss what could have made the situations or responses better. Are their behaviors or fears that dictated the outcome? Together co-create and set an “intention” to carry into the Play phase.
Play
It’s time to leave your group and go on your way to play in your day-to-day life again. Repeat your co-created intention everyday until you meet again. Feel your daily ascension as opportunities and situations unfold in front of you to leverage your newly stated intention. Journal and document to remember these experiences in your playground.
Meet Up Again
Before you start to Pause on a new topic, share and review everyone’s experiences as a result of focusing on the group’s intention from your last meeting. Enjoy and be grateful for the synchronicities and opportunities to learn and grow together. Empower each other!
